Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Returned in original packaging
- No stains, odors (including perfume), or damage
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email astudiofashion330@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Important:
- Returns sent without approval will be refused
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- All sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Bundle purchases
- Undergarments, lingerie, and intimate apparel
- Items with makeup stains, perfume, or signs of wear
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, you must:
- Request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct original shipping costs (if applicable)
- Refuse refunds if return conditions are not met

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Chargebacks & Abuse
We actively monitor and investigate fraudulent claims and chargebacks.
Any attempt to abuse this policy may result in:
- Refusal of future orders
- Dispute evidence submitted to payment providers
European Union Orders
For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws.
Items must still meet all return conditions outlined above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
