Thank you for shopping with AStudio Fashion Boutique. We are committed to getting your new pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new collection launch or holiday sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

[Insert Store Name] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please reach out to our support team at astudiofashion330@gmail.com within 7days.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to USA, Canada, and UK. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will vary and be calculated at checkout
